AUSTIN, TX – A 36-year-old man succumbed to fatal wounds in a solo-vehicle collision that happened in the Barrington Oaks area Friday.
This crash occurred before 1 a.m. in the 11800th block of northbound Research Boulevard Service Road, according to the Austin Police Department. Upon arrival, EMS crews took the victim, later identified as Anthony David Jones, to a local hospital, where he died.
Officers started an investigation and have not released additional details at this time.
