News: Crash with pole in Windsor Park claims one life 

AUSTIN, TX – A driver died after crashing into a utility pole near Dell Children’s Medical Center in the Windsor Park area before 7:45 p.m. Thursday. 

This collision took place on the 1504 block of East 51st Street, as indicated in an ATCEMS tweet. Despite life-saving efforts from medics, the victim succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene.

Officials have not indicated if speed, impairment, or distracted driving played a role in this fatal wreck. They also have not released the driver’s name, age, gender, and identity.
