News: Delays reported near South Congress Ave. after TX 71 collision 

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – Traffic delays could be seen toward South Congress Avenue after a Wednesday afternoon crash at the westbound Texas 71 and South Capital of Texas Highway. 

Total Traffic Austin announced this collision at 1:05 p.m. and said Texas Department of Transportation crews cleared the scene by 1:20 p.m.
