AUSTIN, TX – The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Department of Transportation shut down the northbound State Highway 130 on Friday due to a fatal crash.
The collision happened on eastbound State Highway 45 over U.S. 183, near the AUS Airport, KVUE reports.
Law enforcement told drivers to anticipate delays, and if at all possible, take alternative routes.
Officials have not confirmed the number of people who died in the crash or the cause of the crash.
