DOWNTOWN AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian succumbed to fatal wounds after they crossed East 7th Street and Red River Street and were hit by a vehicle Monday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Services confirmed this crash happened before 2:30 a.m. and said they declared the victim dead at the scene.
