ROUND ROCK, TX – A pedestrian lost their life after getting struck by a vehicle on the 1200 block of I-35 North near Old Settlers Boulevard Saturday.
Round Rock Police confirmed this collision after 3 a.m. and said the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. So, there has been no official indication of charges.
Officers are responding to an auto-pedestrian fatality at the 1200 block of northbound I-35 near the Old Settlers Blvd exit. The driver remained on-scene and is cooperating with the investigation. All lanes are currently shut down. Please seek alternate routes. pic.twitter.com/TlKHwxjmzi

Police did shut down all the lanes and reopened them shortly before 7 a.m.
At this time, it is unclear what exactly led to this collision, nor have police released the name of the deceased victim.
