News: Driver fatally strikes motorcyclist in NW Austin 

NORTHWEST AUSTIN, TX – A 25-year-old Hispanic man operating a motorcycle succumbed to fatal injuries when he was hit by a driver of a vehicle Tuesday. 

The Austin Police Department said this collision happened before 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of  West Parmer Lane and Ganymede Drive, which is east of Yett Creek Neighborhood Park. 

Authorities have identified the victim as Draven Rains Avila and confirmed the driver, who was not intoxicated, remained at the scene. No criminal charges were formally announced against the motorist.
