News: Driver fatally struck by vehicle in North Austin 

NORTH AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries at the 1100th block of southbound North Interstate Highway 35, where they were struck by a vehicle Saturday.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services and the Austin Fire Department arrived at the scene before 1:30 a.m. Upon arrival, paramedics conducted CPR on the pedestrian. Despite their best efforts, the walker died moments later.
