AUSTIN, TX – A life was claimed in a pedestrian versus car crash on the 5300 block of North Interstate Highway 35 Wednesday.
Austin and Travis County first responders were called to the area near Reinli Street before 7:30 p.m., ATCEMS tweeted.

One person gave in to their injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The area was closed for several hours for the investigation.
