AUSTIN, TX – One life was claimed in a car versus pedestrian crash at West Parmer Lane and Amberglen Boulevard Wednesday.
According to KXAN, the collision occurred before 6:45 a.m. A woman tried to run across West Parmer Lane. As a result, a Chevy pickup truck struck her.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
The pedestrian subsequently gave in to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has not released her name at this time.
