AUSTIN, TX – First responders took one person to St. David’s South Medical Center after their car crashed and caught on fire in the Franklin Park area Sunday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this collision occurred in the 5600 block of North Interstate 35 Frontage Road adjacent to Stassney Lane. After arriving after 9 p.m., paramedics confirmed the occupant was unconscious before transporting them to St. David’s.

The victim was said to have sustained injuries deemed potentially serious, but it is unclear if they were the driver or passenger.
