SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – A vehicle had caught on fire after crashing into another car on the 6200 block of southbound Monarch Highway Tuesday afternoon.
Austin Fire Info first reported this incident at 1 p.m. Drivers in the area are asked to avoid the area and seek alternative routes where it is possible.

Firefighters have not confirmed if they extinguished the flames and did not say if anyone was injured.
