TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Austin fire crews are currently at River Place Boulevard and FM 2222 Road, where they are working to extinguish flames from a car.
The firefighters arrived at the scene before 1:30 p.m. They have not confirmed if the fire resulted from mechanical issues or a collision. Other first responders who were summoned to the area did not indicate the number of people involved or say if anyone was injured or hospitalized.
