AUSTIN, TX – The Austin Fire Department was able to extinguish the flames from a tractor-trailer filled with combustibles along the Tesla factory Wednesday.
Fire crews and first responders told CBS Austin that they were requested to the scene around 8 a.m. Prior to officials arriving, Tesla employees did what they could to mitigate the fire.
After fire crews were able to successfully put out the fire, they confirmed no one sustained injuries during this incident. However, they did not specify whether the fire was caused by mechanical issues or resulted from a crash.
Updates will be added to this news blog should more details surface.
