AUSTIN, TX – Austin fire crews are on the scene of a vehicle fire that happened before 10:15 a.m. Thursday on the southbound lanes of MoPac Expressway near Austin High School.
Emergency responders are still at the scene and are working to extinguish the flames. They have not indicated whether the fire was caused by mechanical issues or resulted from a collision. It is also unclear what kind of vehicle was involved and if anyone sustained any injuries.
