AUSTIN, TX – Three sustained a mix of minor and serious injuries after a head-on crash near Austin’s Nelson Field Sunday.
ATCEMS responded to the 11000 block of East US 290 Highway around 4:15 a.m.

Two were transported to St. David’s North Medical Center for minor injuries, and another was airlifted to Dell Seton Medical Center for serious injuries. The victims’ current conditions remain unknown.
