AUSTIN, TX – Four people were sent to the hospital after a head-on crash on the 1600 block of 183 Toll Sunday.
The collision took place after 4 a.m. on the southbound lanes, ATCEMS reported. The four people involved were hospitalized at Dell Seton Medical Center for potentially serious injuries.
