AUSTIN, TX – Officials closed I-35 South along Wells Branch Parkway, near Howard Lane, due to a crash reported after midnight Thursday. 

Total Traffic Austin and Texas Department of Transportation authorities and crews were the first to announce this closure. They have not provided an update regarding whether they reopened this area nor disclosed the events leading to this crash.
