AUSTIN, TX – A 19-year-old male pedestrian lost his life after he was struck by a vehicle along Dove Springs District Park Friday, KXAN reports.
Austin police were called to the 5700 block of East William Cannon Drive and arrived around 7:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers declared the male pedestrian dead at the scene. The man has since been identified as Opendra Bohara.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
