SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – A male cyclist died on Jan. 3, several days after a collision that happened in South Austin last month.
According to CBS Austin, the crash occurred on Dec 23. at the intersection of South 1st Street and West Slaughter Lane. Preliminary details show that a motorcyclist crashed into the cyclist.
EMS crews hurried to the scene and transported the motorcyclist and cyclist to a hospital. There, the cyclist later died.
The victim has since been identified as 58-year-old Jeffrey House.
