News: Man’s life claimed in pedestrian-vehicle collision in SE Austin 

SOUTHEAST AUSTIN, TX – A man was killed in a pedestrian-vehicle collision in Southeast Austin last Thursday, August 20, KXAN reports.

A male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the westbound State Highway 71 and northbound U.S. 183 connector. Police responded to the scene before 9:30 p.m. and declared the man dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released the victim’s name and have not specified the events leading to the crash.
