News: Minor injuries sustained in East Austin collision 

EAST AUSTIN, TX – One person suffered minor injuries in a crash that happened before 12:45 p.m. Monday in East Austin’s East Cesar Chavez district. 

The Austin Fire Department, among the emergency crews summoned to the scene, said the collision occurred between the 50th to 78th block of North Interstate Highway 35 (in the southbound lanes). 

Fire crews and other officials are currently at the collision site, gathering information to determine what caused this crash.
