GARFIELD, TX – STAR Flight Travis County personnel airlifted a critically injured motorcyclist to Dell Seton Medical Center after a Friday afternoon crash.
Medical helicopter workers, Travis County Fire Rescue, and ATCEMS were dispatched to the area of East State Highway 71 and Wolf Lane. They arrived at the scene before 2 p.m. Officials said the motorcyclist collided with a vehicle and was found unconscious. Medics conducted CPR on the biker before he was taken to the hospital.

Authorities shut down the area to accommodate the scene clearance process. The exact cause of the wreck is under investigation.
