News: Motorcyclist critically hurt in Fourth of July crash in downtown Austin 

DOWNTOWN AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was critically hurt in a crash that took place in downtown Austin on the Fourth of July.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services reported the crash at 11:24 a.m., saying it happened between the 31st and 61st blocks of North Interstate Highway 35.

Motorcycle Collision. 31-61 N IH 35 NB ( in area of exit 234C 6th street) motorcyclist down. Adult patient being transported to Dell Seton MC by #atcems with critical injuries. Expect delays.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
