News: Motorcyclist dies in single-vehicle crash on William Cannon

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist died as the result of a single-vehicle collision that happened on the southeast side Sunday night.

CBS Austin reports that Austin-Travis County EMS medics responded to the 4700 block of East William Cannon Drive at about 8:50 p.m. on August 9.

Despite their efforts, the motorcyclist died at the scene. They were Austin’s 49th traffic fatality of the year.

We do not know what caused the crash at this time but will provide updates if they become available.
