MUSTANG RIDGE, TX – Mustang Ridge Police arrested and booked an impaired driver into the Travis County Jail after a collision reported south of AUS Airport Thursday.
The crash happened at the intersection of U.S. 183 and Farm to Market Road 973. Officers said the intoxicated driver was suspected of having cocaine with them while operating their vehicle. The motorist is facing Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of Controlled Substance charges.
The events leading to the crash are unknown. However, authorities confirmed that no one sustained serious injuries.
