News: Passenger extricated after 2-vehicle collision in East Austin 

EAST AUSTIN, TX – One person was extricated from their vehicle following a two-vehicle collision in the 9300th block of FM 969 Road Saturday. 

The Austin Fire Department received the call before 4:15 a.m., indicating that prior to the extrication, the occupant’s legs were pinned, and fire crews had to use stabilization techniques to also free the passenger.

Fire crews and first responders did not say whether the extricated person was injured or hospitalized.
