News: Pedestrian critically hurt in South Lamar collision 

AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian is left in critical condition upon getting hit by a vehicle in the South Lamar area Wednesday, Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said.

Paramedics and other first responders arrived at the scene, the 2200th block of South Lamar Boulevard, after 8:30 p.m. and issued the victim a trauma alert, taking them to St. David’s South Medical Center. 

At this time, authorities did not specify if the driver would be cited or charged for their involvement in this crash.
