News: Pedestrian critically hurt in The Parke crash 

AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was hospitalized for critical, life-threatening wounds after getting struck by a vehicle in The Parke area Thursday morning. 

This collision happened in the area of Vista Parke Drive. Austin Travis County Emergency Services, Lake Travis fire crews, and the Austin Fire Department arrived at the scene before 7 a.m.

First responders issued the pedestrian a trauma alert and then took them to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for treatment. 

It is unclear what circumstances led up to this collision and if the driver will face charges or citations.
