News: Pedestrian fatally hit by car along Morris Williams Golf Course 

AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian succumbed to fatal wounds along the Morris Williams Golf Course, where they were struck by a vehicle Wednesday night.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services and the Austin Fire Department said this collision happened at the corner of East Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard and Springdale Road, having arrived at the scene after 9:30 p.m.

After arriving, paramedics conducted CPR on the pedestrian. However, despite their best efforts, the walker passed away at the scene.

Officials have not released additional information, which includes whether the driver will face charges or citations, the events leading up to this crash, and the victim’s name.
