AUSTIN, TX – A person was left with non-life-threatening injuries as a result of a pin-in collision that occurred in the Westcliff neighborhood on Tuesday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services first announced the crash at 3:01 p.m., saying it occurred on the 5525th block of City Park Road. Preliminary details show that a driver crashed their car into the woods. One occupant inside lost consciousness and was pinned as a result.

Austin fire crews extricated one person. Once the extrication was completed, ATCEMS transported the individual to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
Officials did not say if the injured person was the driver or passenger. As of this writing, authorities have not shared the contributing factors behind the crash or reported any citations.
