PFLUGERVILLE, TX – Pflugerville Police are investigating the details behind what led a driver of a big rig to crash with a utility pole, causing downed power lines last Tuesday, Oct. 29.
Heatherwilde Blvd is closed in both directions near New Meister Lane as Pflugerville Police and Fire respond to an accident involving an 18-wheeler. The vehicle hit a pole causing damage to power lines in the area. Please avoid the area as crews respond to the situation. pic.twitter.com/kADDIeurE2

Following the collision, police shut down Heatherwilde Boulevard near New Meister Lane to accommodate the scene clearance process and investigation.
Closures appeared to last 10 minutes. Fire crews, who also assisted with the crash scene, have not confirmed the contributing factors, said if anyone was injured or hospitalized, and if anyone would face charges or citations.
