NORTH AUSTIN, TX – One driver, who was pinned, was extricated by Austin fire crews and then taken to a hospital after a collision west of North Austin YMCA Saturday.
This crash was reported before 12:30 a.m. in the 9400th block of Grouse Meadow Lane. While details about this crash are scarce, the Austin Fire Department confirmed that the events unfolded when the driver had slammed into a stop sign.

Fire crews said there was one occupant who did not wear a seatbelt but did not mention if they required extraction or sustained minor or moderate wounds.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services handled the hospital transportations.
