News: Pin-in crash in SE Austin sends 1 to hospital 

SOUTHEAST AUSTIN, TX – One occupant was pinned, extricated by first responders, and then taken to a hospital following a single-vehicle collision Saturday. 

Before 10:45 p.m., Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services were summoned to the East Ben White Boulevard and Woodard Street junction.

First responders were able to extricate the individual in less than an hour and then transported them via an ambulance to St. David’s South Medical Center, where they are recovering from non-life-threatening wounds.
