AUSTIN, TX – A rollover crash was reported at North Capital of Texas Highway and Westlake Drive Wednesday.
First responders arrived at the scene around 11:30 a.m., according to a tweet from ATCEMS. The collision affected the power lines in both directions. However, the power lines were restored.
