AUSTIN, TX – Three AMLI Lakeline apartment units were left without power after a fiery crash that happened Sunday night, KVUE reports.
Preliminary details show that an SUV driver had crashed into a transformer box, which caused part of the vehicle to catch fire and resulted in power outages.
Austin fire crews said they believe that only the vehicle caught on fire and do not believe it spread.
No injuries were reported.
Officials have not confirmed how or why the driver crashed into the transformer box.
Updates will be added after our team learns more.
