News: Round Rock police investigate injury crash at SH 45 

ROUND ROCK, TX – Round Rock police are investigating the circumstances behind a Friday morning crash with minor wounds on the SH 45 East off-ramp connecting to IH 35 North. 

Officers are working a collision with minor injuries on the ramp eastbound SH 45 to go northbound onto IH 35. There is also debris that landed on Louis Henna in the westbound lanes, use caution when driving.

Officers arrived at the scene after 8 a.m. They said the impact led debris from the collision to land on westbound Louis Henna Boulevard, leading officials to close the area for over two hours to clear the scene. 

First responders and crews finally lifted all lane closures at approximately 10:36 a.m. 

At least one person suffered minor wounds, but officers did not reveal their current condition or say if they needed to go to the hospital. In addition, police did not list the sort of people and vehicles involved, or whether anyone was cited or is expected to face criminal charges.
