SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – A crash was reported after 10 a.m. Monday at the Congress Avenue and West Saint Elmo Road junction, a Total Traffic Austin post revealed. 

First responders have not indicated how the collision was brought about, specified the vehicles and occupants involved, or said if anyone was injured.
