News: TCSO called to injury vehicle accident near AUS Airport 

AUSTIN, TX – Travis County deputies were called to the scene of a vehicle accident with injuries that occurred near the AUS Airport on Friday.

According to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page, the crash happened before 5:41 a.m. on the 2209th block of South FM 973 Road.

Deputies confirmed at least one person suffered minor-to-moderate injuries, but did not say if anyone needed to go to the hospital.

Authorities have not listed the number of people and vehicles involved and are actively working to piece together the cause of the crash.
