News: Teen, 17, loses life to single-vehicle crash in Austin 

AUSTIN, TX – A 17-year-old girl lost her life to a vehicle crash that occurred at North Capital of Texas Highway and North MoPac Service Road on Sunday.

Austin Police said the collision happened around 2:30 a.m., adjacent to the JJ Pickle Research Campus.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services pronounced the Hispanic teen dead at the scene.

Police have not specified the events leading to the crash.
