News: Teen, adult hurt in multi-vehicle crash in South Lamar

AUSTIN, TX – A teenager and adult were hospitalized for their injuries following a multi-vehicle collision near South Lamar Boulevard before 1 p.m. Wednesday. 

ATCEMS said the force of this collision caused a vehicle to land on its side, entrapping the teenager and adult. Thanks to medical aid, they were transported to Dell Children’s Medical Center and Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment.

The teenager sustained serious, “potentially life-threatening injuries,” while the adult suffered moderate and “potentially serious injuries.” Their current conditions are unknown. 

One other occupant, an adult, was involved in the collision but refused to be taken to a hospital.
