DEL VALLE, TX – A Travis County deputy was hurt after getting hit by a semi-truck around 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The three-semi-truck rollover collision occurred on Texas 130 Highway near Pearce Lane, CBS Austin revealed.
The deputy pulled over his vehicle and got out to assist one of the semi-truck drivers when one of the trucks slid and struck him.
The impact left him trapped under the semi-truck. Medics extricated him and transported him to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
