News: TxDOT called to vehicle accident on U.S. 183 in Austin 

AUSTIN, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation was dispatched to the scene of a vehicle accident that occurred on U.S. 183 on Friday.

TxDOT reported the crash at 8:16 a.m., saying it happened along the southbound lanes of U.S. 290.

It appears an EMS ambulance was involved, although it is not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.

Officials have not listed the number of people and vehicles involved or whether anyone needed to go to the hospital.
