NEAR SPICEWOOD, TX – Texas Department of Transportation crews had to shut down the intersection of SH 71 and Cypress Ranch Boulevard on Monday due to a crash.
The collision occurred around 4 p.m., MySanAntonio reports. Officials closed SH 71, Cypress Ranch Boulevard, and Hazy Hills Drive for westbound drivers and Cypress Ranch Boulevard and R O Drive for eastbound drivers.
During closures, westbound drivers were asked to take Bee Creek Road, and eastbound drivers were requested to take R.M. 2322/Pace Bend Road.
Officials have not specified the number of people and vehicles involved, reported any injuries, or confirmed the cause of the crash.
