News: TxDOT shuts down portion of I-35 North near Kyle due to traffic crash 

NEAR KYLE, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation shut down a major portion of I-35 North near Kyle due to a Thursday afternoon traffic crash.

TxDOT told MySanAntonio that the collision happened along E FM 150. Officials did not specify the events leading up to the crash or say how many vehicles were involved. However, they did confirm that the crash left a diesel fuel spill on the road, prompting closures of two right lanes and the right shoulder.

Traffic delays were seen towards the Kyle Parkway as crews worked to clean up the debris and as officials rendered aid to the involved occupants.
