SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – Amtrak authorities confirmed a pedestrian died after he allegedly trespassed when he was hit by a train in Garrison Park Tuesday, CBS Austin revealed.
To recap, this collision occurred before 10:45 p.m. in the 5900th block of Rubicon Run, which is along Crockett High School. The male pedestrian had succumbed to fatal wounds before first responders arrived and was declared dead shortly after.
No other information, including the victim’s name, has been released at this time.
