AUSTIN, TX – According to new details from Austin Police, a 45-year-old man who drove an SUV was responsible for causing a fatal crash on Sunday in the Brentwood neighborhood.
Police said the 45-year-old man had struck the back of a van in the 600th block of East Koenig Lane. The van driver later succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Officers identified the victim as Marvin Taylor and the driver as Rodney Bremby. Officers arrested Bremby for Intoxication Manslaughter.
