PFLUGERVILLE, TX – A pedestrian who was left in critical condition after getting hit by a pickup truck on Thursday, Feb. 1, has passed away from his injuries on Monday, Feb. 5.
To recap, this crash took place in the 500 block of West Howard Lane. Austin Travis-County Emergency Services told CBS Austin that medics were able to conduct CPR on the pedestrian before transporting him to St. David’s Round Rock.
The driver stayed at the scene. Officials said the motorist was not initiated at the time of the collision.
Authorities have identified the deceased man as 39-year-old Jesse Duer.
