SOUTHEAST AUSTIN, TX – Two suffered serious wounds after their vehicle slammed into an electrical box and live wires, trapping one of them.
This collision happened before 9 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Faro Drive, according to Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services.

The person who was trapped was unresponsive. At first, they were deemed “inaccessible,” but eventually, fire crews were able to extricate them from the vehicle.
At this time, the individuals are recovering at Dell Seton Medical Center.
