AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was killed last Friday when they were hit by a vehicle near Butler Metro Park, just south of downtown Austin.
According to ATCEMS, the collision occurred before 3:45 a.m. near the intersection of Riverside Drive and South Congress Ave.

The victim, whose identity is not mentioned in the report, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials have also not indicated if the driver will face charges.
